Sipa Sikaulu, Director of Client Services
Sipa Sikaulu serves as Kivu’s Director of Client Services where he is responsible for the company’s customer success strategy and operational process improvement.
Through change management and business transformation, Sipa identifies areas to increase efficiency and ensure standardization and consistency in service delivery across all of Kivu’s U.S. domestic and international offices. His goal is to cultivate relationships with Kivu’s client base and ensure that they receive maximum value from Kivu’s services such that they renew, expand and become advocates for Kivu in the marketplace.
Sipa has an international track record of building and motivating teams, and in increasing revenue and customer satisfaction in the U.S. and Europe. He has extensive experience in leading consistent, high-quality customer experiences across all touch points starting from new client implementations to ongoing customer support and client management.
Previously, Sipa was the Director of Client Services at a cyber security company where he managed new client growth of more than 200 percent over a two-and-a-half-year period.
He earned his International Executive MBA in Cyber Security from The George Washington University.
