Kivu Consulting welcomes Mecca Robbins as the Chief People Officer (CPO). She will oversee all aspects of People Services across Kivu in order to focus on growth and develop and retain top talent; simultaneously expanding diversity, inclusion, and affinity programs. Under her leadership, Robbins will advance the company’s strategy and operations with efficiency. Robbins will report directly to Chad Holmes, Chief Executive Officer.
Mecca Robbins carries over twenty years of experience as a Human Resource Leader within High Tech Consulting Services. She brings exceptional experience across all surfaces of human resource strategy and development. Most recently Robbins held the position of Head of People Services at Trissential, an award-winning US based management consultancy. Preceding her position at Trissential she excelled as the Vice President of Human Resources at TUV Rheinland OpenSky where she executed a strategically organizational vision and managed all HR responsibilities. Robbins has a demonstrated track record in other extraordinary leadership positions at SQS Group, Oculus360, McAfee, and BT.
